受邀於桃園市政府人事局進行 AI 應用課程，針對近代 AI 技術如何應用於政府與人事管理進行實作式教學，內容涵蓋電腦視覺、語音辨識、語意分析，並實際操作 Azure AI 與 Microsoft Foundry 工具，協助學員了解並應用 AI 技術於公部門場景中。

Conducted an AI application course for the Taoyuan City Government’s Personnel Bureau, focusing on practical implementation of AI technologies in public sector scenarios. Topics included computer vision, speech recognition, semantic analysis, and hands-on training with Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry, helping participants explore real-world government applications of AI.
