為 中華電信30 位同仁 舉辦了一場 Azure OpenAI 開發實戰 培訓，內容涵蓋 大型語言模型（LLM）應用開發、AI Agent 架構設計、Prompt Engineering，以及 如何將 Azure OpenAI 整合至企業應用。透過實作 Labs，學員親自體驗 AI 自動化流程、智能對話應用開發，並學習如何優化 AI 模型以提升準確性與效能。本次培訓幫助學員掌握 Azure OpenAI 在實務開發中的應用，加速企業 AI 解決方案的落地。

I conducted a hands-on Azure OpenAI development training for 30 employees at Chunghwa Telecom, covering LLM (Large Language Model) applications, AI Agent architecture, and Prompt Engineering along with integrating Azure OpenAI into enterprise applications. Through practical labs, participants gained hands-on experience with AI automation workflows, intelligent conversational application development, and techniques to optimize AI models for accuracy and performance. This training equipped attendees with practical skills to leverage Azure OpenAI in real-world development, accelerating AI adoption in enterprise solutions.
