為 信義房屋 舉辦了 兩梯次的 GitHub Copilot 實戰 Workshop，每梯次約 30 位同仁 參與。課程內容涵蓋 GitHub Copilot 的核心功能、AI 輔助程式開發的最佳實踐，以及 如何在團隊開發中有效運用 AI 來提升效率。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員親自體驗 如何使用 Copilot 進行程式碼補全、重構、單元測試自動化，並學習 如何在企業開發環境中最佳化 Copilot 的應用。這次 Workshop 幫助學員掌握 AI 輔助開發的技術與實務應用，提升開發速度與程式碼品質，優化企業軟體開發流程。

I conducted two sessions of GitHub Copilot Hands-on Workshop for Sinyi Realty, with approximately 30 employees per session. The training covered GitHub Copilot’s core functionalities, best practices for AI-assisted coding, and how to effectively integrate AI into team development workflows. Through hands-on labs, participants experienced AI-powered code completion, refactoring, and automated unit testing, while learning how to optimize Copilot’s usage in enterprise development environments. This workshop equipped employees with practical AI-assisted development skills, enhancing coding efficiency, software quality, and overall development workflow optimization.
