[2024/12/17] Azure AI 與 Copilot Studio  workshop(永豐銀行)

為 永豐銀行十多位同仁 舉辦了一場 Azure AI 與 Copilot Studio 的實作工作坊（Workshop）。課程內容涵蓋 Azure AI 服務的應用、Copilot Studio 的自訂 AI 助理開發，以及 如何在銀行業務流程中導入 AI 技術 來提升自動化與生產力。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員親自體驗 如何訓練與部署 AI Agent、最佳化 Prompt Engineering，並將 AI 技術整合至內部系統。本次 Workshop 幫助學員深入了解 AI 如何提升金融服務的效率與客戶體驗，推動企業數位轉型。

I conducted an Azure AI & Copilot Studio Workshop for a dozen employees at SinoPac Bank, focusing on the application of Azure AI services, custom AI assistant development with Copilot Studio, and how AI can enhance automation and productivity in banking workflows. Through hands-on labs, participants explored training and deploying AI agents, optimizing prompt engineering, and integrating AI solutions into internal systems. This workshop provided attendees with a deeper understanding of how AI can improve financial services efficiency and customer experience, driving digital transformation within the organization.
