為 中華電信約 20 位同仁 進行了一場 敏捷開發與 Azure DevOps 實戰課程，內容包含敏捷流程導入、Scrum 實務、Azure Boards 使用，以及 CI/CD Pipeline 的實作。透過實務演練與案例導入，協助團隊將敏捷與 DevOps 結合，強化專案管理與自動化交付能力。

English Description:
I delivered a practical Agile development and Azure DevOps workshop for around 20 participants at Chunghwa Telecom, covering Agile practices, Scrum implementation, Azure Boards, and CI/CD pipeline deployment. The session helped the team integrate Agile methodology with DevOps tools to enhance project management and streamline continuous delivery.
