At Agile Tour Taichung, I introduced Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and the impact of AI on DevOps to 60 attendees. The session covered the core concepts and practices of Agile development, how to leverage Azure DevOps to improve team efficiency, and how AI is transforming DevOps workflows, particularly in automation, testing, and deployment. Through case studies and live demonstrations, participants learned how AI can enhance the effectiveness and innovation of DevOps processes, driving digital transformation and fostering an Agile culture within organizations.
