I conducted a technical session on AI Agent Development with Azure OpenAI for around 30 employees at Chi Mei Corporation, focusing on leveraging Azure OpenAI to build intelligent AI Agents that enhance enterprise automation and decision-making. The session covered LLM (Large Language Model) applications, prompt engineering, and AI Agent architecture, along with real-world case studies demonstrating AI’s role in intelligent customer service, workflow automation, and data analytics. Through live demonstrations and guided exercises, participants gained insights into integrating Azure OpenAI to develop AI Agents and optimizing model accuracy and performance, driving digital transformation and smart enterprise applications.
