為 奇美實業約 30 位同仁 進行了一場 AI Agent 開發—使用 Azure OpenAI 的技術分享，探討 如何運用 Azure OpenAI 開發智慧 AI Agent，提升企業自動化與決策能力。課程內容涵蓋 LLM（大型語言模型）應用、Prompt Engineering、AI Agent 的架構設計，並透過 實際案例 展示 AI 在 智能客服、自動化流程、數據分析 等領域的實踐應用。透過 技術示範與實作引導，幫助學員理解 如何整合 Azure OpenAI 建構 AI Agent，並優化 AI 模型的準確性與效能，推動企業數位轉型與智能化應用。

I conducted a technical session on AI Agent Development with Azure OpenAI for around 30 employees at Chi Mei Corporation, focusing on leveraging Azure OpenAI to build intelligent AI Agents that enhance enterprise automation and decision-making. The session covered LLM (Large Language Model) applications, prompt engineering, and AI Agent architecture, along with real-world case studies demonstrating AI’s role in intelligent customer service, workflow automation, and data analytics. Through live demonstrations and guided exercises, participants gained insights into integrating Azure OpenAI to develop AI Agents and optimizing model accuracy and performance, driving digital transformation and smart enterprise applications.
