為 中國信託的開發與 IT 團隊 提供 Azure DevOps 顧問服務，協助優化 CI/CD 流程、版本控制策略（Git）、自動化測試與部署機制，並導入 最佳實踐來提升軟體交付效率與品質。透過 深入分析現有 DevOps 流程，我針對 Azure Repos、Azure Pipelines、Azure Test Plans 進行調整與最佳化，確保企業內部的開發團隊能夠充分利用 自動化 DevOps 流程來加速軟體開發與部署。此外，我也針對 敏捷開發與 DevOps 整合 提供策略建議，幫助企業團隊提升協作能力，實現更穩定、安全且高效的 DevOps 工作流程。

I provided Azure DevOps consulting services for the development and IT teams at CTBC Bank, assisting in optimizing CI/CD workflows, version control strategies (Git), automated testing, and deployment mechanisms, while implementing best practices to enhance software delivery efficiency and quality. Through a detailed analysis of existing DevOps processes, I helped refine Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Test Plans, ensuring that the internal development teams could leverage automated DevOps workflows to accelerate software development and deployment. Additionally, I provided strategic guidance on integrating Agile development with DevOps, enabling teams to enhance collaboration and achieve a more stable, secure, and efficient DevOps environment.
