[2024/5/2,3] Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, ChatGPT 與 對談機器人開發實戰 

為 約 30 位業界學員 舉辦了一場 Azure AI 與 Azure OpenAI 服務介紹及 AI Agent 開發應用 的培訓。課程內容涵蓋 Azure AI 與 Azure OpenAI 的核心技術、大型語言模型（LLM）的應用，以及 如何開發 AI Agent 並將其整合至企業應用。透過 實作示範與案例分析，學員學習 如何設計 AI Agent、最佳化 Prompt Engineering、實現自動化決策與智能客服解決方案。本次培訓幫助學員掌握 Azure AI 技術在 AI Agent 開發中的關鍵應用，提升 AI 技術於企業場景的落地能力。

I conducted a training session for around 30 industry professionals on Azure AI, Azure OpenAI services, and AI Agent development applications. The session covered core technologies of Azure AI and Azure OpenAI, applications of LLM (Large Language Models), and how to develop and integrate AI Agents into enterprise solutions. Through live demonstrations and case studies, participants learned AI Agent design, prompt engineering optimization, and the implementation of AI-driven automation and intelligent customer service solutions. This training equipped attendees with practical Azure AI skills for AI Agent development, enhancing their ability to apply AI technologies in real-world business scenarios.
