為 中華電信約 30 位同仁 主講了一場 敏捷開發與 Azure DevOps 實戰課程，結合 Scrum 精神與 Azure DevOps 工具，講解如何建立敏捷流程、撰寫工作項目、規劃短衝並整合 CI/CD。透過實務演練，協助團隊加速交付並提升開發透明度與協作效率。

English Description:
I conducted a hands-on workshop on Agile Development and Azure DevOps for around 30 participants from Chunghwa Telecom. The session integrated Scrum practices with Azure DevOps tools, covering sprint planning, work item tracking, and CI/CD implementation. Through practical exercises, participants learned to improve delivery speed, transparency, and team collaboration.
