為 中華電信約 30 位同仁 舉辦了一場 線上 Azure DevOps Workshop。課程內容涵蓋 Azure DevOps 平台核心功能、Git 版本控制、CI/CD Pipeline 設計與自動化部署策略，並探討 如何將 DevOps 流程最佳化，以提升軟體交付速度與品質。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員學習 如何建構 CI/CD 流程、整合自動化測試、部署至 Web App 與容器環境，強化企業級軟體開發效能。本次 Workshop 幫助學員掌握 Azure DevOps 的實務應用，提升團隊在 DevOps 流程中的協作與自動化能力。 

I conducted an online Azure DevOps Workshop for around 30 employees at Chunghwa Telecom. The session covered core functionalities of Azure DevOps, Git version control, CI/CD pipeline design, and deployment automation strategies, along with best practices for optimizing DevOps workflows to enhance software delivery speed and quality. Through hands-on labs, participants learned how to build CI/CD pipelines, integrate automated testing, and deploy applications to Web Apps and container environments, improving enterprise-level software development efficiency. This workshop equipped attendees with practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, enhancing their ability to collaborate and automate within DevOps processes.
