為 失親兒協會 的 30 位同仁 舉辦了一場培訓，主題涵蓋 資訊安全 與 Azure AI 在辦公室日常工作的應用。課程內容包括如何保護敏感資料、防範網路威脅，以及運用 Azure AI 提升工作效率，例如自動化文件處理、智能郵件回應與數據分析。透過實際操作與案例分享，協助協會同仁提升資訊安全意識，並運用 AI 技術優化日常行政管理。

I conducted a training session for 30 employees at the Orphan Welfare Association, covering cybersecurity and the application of Azure AI in office workflows. The session included best practices for data protection, threat prevention, and leveraging Azure AI for tasks like document automation, intelligent email responses, and data analysis. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, participants gained a stronger awareness of cybersecurity and learned to optimize daily operations using AI-driven solutions.
