為 約 20 位業界開發人員 舉辦了一場 AI Agent 開發實戰 Workshop，專注於 使用 Azure OpenAI API 與 LINE Messaging API 建構智能對話應用。課程內容涵蓋 大型語言模型（LLM）應用、Prompt Engineering、AI Agent 架構設計，以及 如何整合 Azure OpenAI 與 LINE 平台來開發智能客服與自動化對話系統。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員學習 如何設計並部署 AI Agent、調整回應策略、最佳化 AI 聊天機器人的效能與準確度。本次 Workshop 幫助開發者掌握 Azure AI 在實際應用中的整合與最佳實踐，加速企業內部 AI 解決方案的落地與應用。

I conducted an AI Agent Development Hands-on Workshop for around 20 industry developers, focusing on building intelligent conversational applications using Azure OpenAI API and LINE Messaging API. The session covered LLM (Large Language Model) applications, prompt engineering, and AI Agent architecture, along with integrating Azure OpenAI with LINE to create AI-powered customer support and automation solutions. Through hands-on labs, participants learned how to design and deploy AI Agents, optimize response strategies, and enhance chatbot performance and accuracy. This workshop provided developers with practical experience in integrating Azure AI into real-world applications, accelerating the adoption of AI solutions in enterprise environments.
