[2024/9/2,9,10] 遠傳電信 - 敏捷開發與Azure DevOps實戰課程

為 遠傳電信約 35 位同仁 舉辦了一場 敏捷開發與 Azure DevOps 實戰課程，深入探討 Scrum 與 Kanban 在 DevOps 流程中的應用，並透過 Azure DevOps 進行專案管理、CI/CD 自動化部署。學員透過 Hands-on Labs 實際操作 Azure Boards、Azure Repos、Azure Pipelines，學習如何透過 DevOps 來落實敏捷開發，加速軟體交付並提升開發效能。本次課程幫助團隊建立 高效的敏捷開發流程，強化協作與自動化能力，提升企業競爭力。

I conducted a hands-on Agile Development and Azure DevOps training for around 35 employees at FarEasTone Telecom, focusing on the integration of Scrum and Kanban within DevOps workflows and leveraging Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD automation. Through hands-on labs, participants worked with Azure Boards, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines, gaining practical experience in implementing DevOps to enhance agile development, accelerate software delivery, and improve development efficiency. This training empowered teams with effective agile workflows, strengthening collaboration, automation, and overall enterprise competitiveness.
