我為 遠傳電信30 多位同仁 舉辦了一場 Azure AI 與 Azure OpenAI 的技術培訓，重點聚焦於 AI Agent 的開發與應用。課程內容涵蓋 大型語言模型（LLM）整合、AI Agent 架構設計，以及如何運用 Azure AI 服務 來構建智慧化解決方案。透過實作與案例分享，學員學習如何訓練與調校 AI Agent，並將其應用於企業環境中，提升業務自動化與決策效率。 

I conducted a technical training session for over 30 employees at FarEasTone Telecom, focusing on Azure AI and Azure OpenAI for AI Agent development. The session covered LLM (Large Language Model) integration, AI Agent architecture design, and leveraging Azure AI services to build intelligent solutions. Through hands-on exercises and case studies, participants learned how to train, fine-tune, and deploy AI Agents to enhance business automation and decision-making processes within the organization.
