[2024/11/4,5] DevOps與CI/CD實務研習班 (中華電信)

為 中華電信30 位同仁 舉辦了一場 DevOps 與 CI/CD 的技術培訓，重點涵蓋 Azure DevOps 的核心概念、CI/CD Pipeline 設計、版本控制策略（Git Flow）、自動化測試與部署，以及 如何在企業環境中最佳化 DevOps 流程。透過實作 Labs，學員學習如何建置高效的持續整合與持續部署機制，以提升軟體開發效率、降低錯誤率，並加速產品交付。本次培訓幫助參與者掌握 現代 DevOps 技術，推動企業內部的數位轉型與敏捷開發文化。

I conducted a DevOps and CI/CD technical training for 30 employees at Chunghwa Telecom, covering Azure DevOps fundamentals, CI/CD pipeline design, version control strategies (Git Flow), automated testing, and deployment optimization in enterprise environments. Through hands-on labs, participants learned how to build efficient continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows to enhance software development efficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate product delivery. This training provided attendees with essential modern DevOps skills, fostering enterprise digital transformation and an agile development culture.
