為 遠傳電信約 30 位同仁 舉辦了一場 敏捷開發與 Azure DevOps 實戰課程，課程內容涵蓋敏捷導入策略、Scrum 流程、Azure Boards 任務管理，以及 CI/CD Pipeline 的設計與實作。透過實務操作，幫助團隊建立從需求到部署的敏捷開發流程，提升交付效率與團隊協作能力。

English Description:
I conducted a hands-on Agile development and Azure DevOps workshop for around 30 participants at FarEasTone Telecom, focusing on Agile transformation strategies, Scrum practices, Azure Boards task management, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Through practical exercises, the team learned to build an end-to-end Agile development workflow to improve delivery speed and collaboration.
