[2025/02/20,21] AI Agent 開發實戰 - 使用 Azure OpenAI

為 約 20 位業界開發人員 舉辦了一場 LLM 與 Azure OpenAI API 的技術分享與 AI Agent 開發實作 Workshop。課程內容涵蓋 大型語言模型（LLM）原理、Azure OpenAI API 的應用、Prompt Engineering 技巧，並實際帶領學員 開發並部署 AI Agent。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員學習 如何訓練 AI Agent、調整回應策略、最佳化 AI 模型效能，並探索 AI 在智能客服、自動化決策與商業應用中的實踐。本次 Workshop 幫助開發者掌握 Azure AI 的核心技術與應用場景，加速 AI 方案的實際落地與開發效率。

I conducted a technical session and hands-on workshop for around 20 industry developers, focusing on LLM (Large Language Models) and Azure OpenAI API, along with practical AI Agent development. The session covered the fundamentals of LLMs, applications of Azure OpenAI API, and prompt engineering techniques, guiding participants through the process of building and deploying AI Agents. Through hands-on labs, attendees gained experience in training AI Agents, optimizing response strategies, and enhancing AI model performance, while exploring real-world applications in intelligent customer support, automated decision-making, and business automation. This workshop provided developers with essential Azure AI skills, accelerating the implementation of AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
