I conducted a hands-on Azure AI and AI Agent development training for around 40 developers at Fubon, introducing Azure AI services, LLM (Large Language Model) applications, and prompt engineering, while guiding participants through AI Agent development. The session covered how to utilize Azure OpenAI API to train AI models, design AI Agent architectures, and integrate AI into enterprise applications such as intelligent customer support, automated decision-making, and data analysis. Through hands-on labs, participants gained practical experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI Agents, learning to optimize AI response strategies and enhance application performance. This training equipped developers with key Azure AI skills, accelerating the adoption and innovation of AI-driven solutions within the organization.
