為 富邦約 40 位開發人員 舉辦了一場 Azure AI 與 AI Agent 開發實作培訓，深入介紹 Azure AI 服務、大型語言模型（LLM）應用、Prompt Engineering，並實際帶領學員 開發 AI Agent。課程內容涵蓋 如何利用 Azure OpenAI API 訓練 AI 模型、設計 AI Agent 架構，以及 如何將 AI 整合到企業應用中，如 智慧客服、自動化決策與數據分析。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員親手操作 AI Agent 的開發、微調與部署，並學習如何優化 AI 回應策略，提升應用效能。本次培訓幫助開發者掌握 Azure AI 在企業應用中的核心技術，加速 AI 解決方案的落地與創新應用。

I conducted a hands-on Azure AI and AI Agent development training for around 40 developers at Fubon, introducing Azure AI services, LLM (Large Language Model) applications, and prompt engineering, while guiding participants through AI Agent development. The session covered how to utilize Azure OpenAI API to train AI models, design AI Agent architectures, and integrate AI into enterprise applications such as intelligent customer support, automated decision-making, and data analysis. Through hands-on labs, participants gained practical experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI Agents, learning to optimize AI response strategies and enhance application performance. This training equipped developers with key Azure AI skills, accelerating the adoption and innovation of AI-driven solutions within the organization.
