為 家扶基金會約 10 位同仁 舉辦了一場為期 兩天的實體 Workshop,主題為 Azure OpenAI 與 AI Agent 開發實戰。課程內容涵蓋 Azure OpenAI 服務、LLM(大型語言模型)應用、Prompt Engineering 技巧,以及 如何設計、開發並部署 AI Agent,提升組織內部的智能化應用。
在 第一天,學員學習 Azure OpenAI 的基礎概念、LLM 解析、AI Agent 的架構設計,並透過 Hands-on Labs 體驗 Prompt Engineering、模型調校與 API 串接。
在 第二天,課程聚焦於 AI Agent 的實際應用開發,學員親手部署 智能客服、自動化決策支援系統,並整合 企業內部數據 來優化 AI Agent 的效能與準確度。
本次 Workshop 讓學員深入掌握 Azure OpenAI 在 AI Agent 開發中的實務應用,強化組織在 AI 技術上的應用能力,推動數位轉型與智能化服務的落地。
I conducted a two-day in-person workshop for around 10 employees at the Child Welfare League Foundation, focusing on Azure OpenAI and AI Agent development. The workshop covered Azure OpenAI services, LLM (Large Language Model) applications, prompt engineering techniques, and how to design, develop, and deploy AI Agents to enhance organizational intelligence.
On Day 1, participants learned the fundamentals of Azure OpenAI, LLM architecture, and AI Agent design, followed by hands-on labs on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API integration.
On Day 2, the focus shifted to real-world AI Agent development, where participants built and deployed AI-powered customer service and automated decision-support systems, integrating enterprise data to optimize AI Agent performance and accuracy.
This workshop provided participants with practical experience in Azure OpenAI for AI Agent development, empowering the organization to leverage AI technologies for digital transformation and intelligent service implementation.
