[2024/7/3, 4] Azure OpenAI 與 人工智慧開發實戰(中華電信學院)

中華電信約 25 位同仁 舉辦了一場 線上 Azure OpenAI 與 AI Agent 開發實戰 Workshop。課程內容涵蓋 Azure OpenAI 服務、LLM(大型語言模型)應用、Prompt Engineering,以及 如何開發 AI Agent 並將其整合至企業應用。透過 Hands-on Labs,學員學習 如何設計與訓練 AI Agent、最佳化回應策略、串接企業內部系統,並探索 AI 在智慧客服、自動化決策與業務應用中的實踐。本次 Workshop 幫助學員掌握 Azure AI 技術在 AI Agent 開發中的關鍵應用,強化 AI 技術於企業內部的落地實踐能力,加速企業 AI 轉型。

I conducted an online Azure OpenAI & AI Agent Development Hands-on Workshop for around 25 employees at Chunghwa Telecom. The session covered Azure OpenAI services, LLM (Large Language Model) applications, prompt engineering techniques, and how to develop and integrate AI Agents into enterprise solutions. Through hands-on labs, participants learned how to design and train AI Agents, optimize response strategies, and integrate AI with internal business systems, exploring applications in intelligent customer service, automated decision-making, and business process automation. This workshop equipped attendees with practical Azure AI skills for AI Agent development, strengthening their ability to implement AI-driven solutions and accelerating AI transformation within the company.
