為 廣達電子約 40 位開發人員 舉辦了一場 Azure DevOps 與 CI/CD Pipeline 設計實作培訓，深入介紹 Azure DevOps 平台、Git 版本控制、CI/CD Pipeline 架構設計，並帶領學員 實際動手設計與優化自動化部署流程。課程涵蓋 如何運用 Azure Pipelines 進行持續整合（CI）與持續部署（CD）、測試自動化、錯誤監控與最佳化部署策略，確保軟體交付的穩定性與效率。透過 Hands-on Labs，學員親手設計、實作並測試完整的 CI/CD Pipeline，學習如何 提升軟體開發效能與 DevOps 流程自動化。本次培訓幫助開發者掌握 Azure DevOps 的核心技術，加速企業內部的 DevOps 落地與軟體交付流程最佳化。

I conducted a hands-on Azure DevOps training for around 40 developers at Quanta Electronics, focusing on Azure DevOps platform introduction and CI/CD pipeline design. The session covered Git version control, CI/CD pipeline architecture, and automation best practices, guiding participants in designing and optimizing automated deployment workflows. Topics included leveraging Azure Pipelines for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD), automated testing, error monitoring, and deployment optimization strategies to ensure stability and efficiency in software delivery. Through hands-on labs, participants designed, implemented, and tested a complete CI/CD pipeline, gaining practical experience in enhancing software development efficiency and DevOps automation. This training equipped developers with key Azure DevOps skills, accelerating DevOps adoption and optimizing software delivery within the organization.
