為 中華電信約 20 位同仁 舉辦了一場 線上 Azure OpenAI 與 AI Agent 開發實戰 Workshop。課程內容涵蓋 Azure OpenAI 服務、LLM(大型語言模型)應用、Prompt Engineering 技巧,以及 如何開發並部署 AI Agent 來提升企業智能化應用。透過 Hands-on Labs,學員學習 如何訓練 AI Agent、最佳化回應策略、串接企業內部系統,並探索 AI 在自動化客服、決策支援與資料分析上的應用。本次 Workshop 幫助學員掌握 Azure AI 技術在 AI Agent 開發中的關鍵應用,強化 AI 技術於企業內部的落地實踐能力。
I conducted an online Azure OpenAI & AI Agent Development Hands-on Workshop for around 20 employees at Chunghwa Telecom. The session covered Azure OpenAI services, LLM (Large Language Models) applications, prompt engineering techniques, and how to develop and deploy AI Agents to enhance enterprise AI-driven applications. Through hands-on labs, participants learned how to train AI Agents, optimize response strategies, and integrate AI with internal enterprise systems, exploring applications in automated customer service, decision support, and data analysis. This workshop equipped attendees with practical Azure AI skills for AI Agent development, strengthening their ability to implement AI-driven solutions in real-world business scenarios.
